April Trachtenabend | Friday, April 15th, 7pm
Join us for our monthly Trachtenabend on Friday the 15th of April! This month's special menu will feature roasted chicken with carrots and potatoes. We kindly suggest that all guests who are planning on dining with us pre-purchase a meal ticket via the link below.
Bayern München Matchday: Der Klassiker!
Join Die Rhode Island Roten, our very own Bayern München supporters group, in the Ratskeller on Saturday, April 23rd for the Spitzenspiel of the Bundesliga season: Bayern vs. Borussia Dortmund!
Volunteers Needed: Spring Grounds Clean Up
Following the Bayern match on April 23rd, we will be initiating our first grounds clean up of the spring season. We would like to request any volunteers who are available to assist us in cleaning up the remnants of the winter, including cleaning trash and debris from the parking lot, string trimming the grounds, and cleaning the garden beds. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own equipment, including leaf blowers, string trimmers, and rakes.
Quarterly Membership Meeting and Annual Elections
The quarterly General Membership Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 28th at 7:30 PM. We are also holding our annual elections at this meeting. We ask for all members to try to attend because there will be a suggested change to the club's bylaws announced and the membership will be asked to vote on it. There are also two open positions on the Vorstand (Board): two, three-year Director positions. Anyone having interest in running for a Directorship position, please contact us at: info@gacsri.org prior to the meeting.

Learn German at the GACS: Register for the Summer Semester of our Adult Language School
Interested in learning German in a fun, relaxed environment? Join us this summer at our Adult German Language School. We offer levels for all learners: Beginner, Advanced Beginner, and Intermediate. Not sure what class level is a right for you? Reach out and our staff will assist you.
Classes begin the week of April 26th and run for 12 weeks. Tuition for the summer semester is $195 per student (plus applicable book costs). A $20 discount is available for GACS members and returning students. Connect with us for the discount code.

Save the date, Sommerfest returns to the GACSRI on Saturday, June 25th!
