COVID19 Update

Under RI's Phase 2 reopening guidelines, we are excited to welcome folks back to the GACS and (more specifically) to the Ratskeller.  We are excited to be able to reopen as of Friday night June 19.  However there are some rules we must follow to insure the safety of our guests and staff.

We will adhere strictly to the guidelines put forth by the City of Pawtucket, as well as some of our own rules to enable us to offer a pleasant experience for all concerned:

  • We are limited to 50% capacity, which is 50 people.

  • Open Friday nights from 7 to 9.

  • Masks must be worn at all time EXCEPT while seated at table.

  • We will admit by reservation only.

  • Since we are restricted by person and space limitations, we'll reserve by TABLES only.

  • Tables comfortably seat 6 to 8.

  • We encourage you to reserve a group so we can maximize the space we have.

  • Reservations are first come first served.  HOWEVER in the event of a sell out, MEMBERS will receive preference.

We are figuring this out on the fly, so we ask your patience and understanding.  There are sure to be some glitches and things will come up that were not anticipated.  We're giving our best shot to create an experience as close to "normal" as we can.

You'll notice some real improvements to the Club upon your return.  We've used the shutdown as an opportunity to make several upgrades.  Some you can see.  Some are behind the scenes.

Lastly, we encourage you to become members.  The extended closure has put a strain on everyone's finances and the GACS is no different.  Membership dues are a bargain and we could sure use the help.

Viene Dank and PROST!!
